How do I search for a calling card?
You can simply search the best suitable calling card using our drop down box that shows the calling destination and clicking "GO" button.
What does rounding mean?
Most of the prepaid phone card providers use minute rounding. For example if a phone card is a 3 minute rounding phone card, then it will automatically increase total minutes used to 3 minutes even if you used just one or two minutes.
Am I going to be charged anything on my regular phone??
No, as long as you use our posted toll free access numbers you will not get charged anything extra except for your mobile phone minutes, if you use a mobile phone.
How do I use my phone card?
Generally, all phone cards can be used by calling provided access number and entering your phone card PIN when asked. When prompted to enter destination number, simply put 011 + country code + phone number if you're calling international destination and simply put 1 + Area Code + Number if you're calling domestic within USA.
If I call a Cell phone do the rates change?
Generally speaking calling cell phone destination will incur higher charge. Please make sure to check the rate table of the calling card you are interested if buying to make sure.
Will I get a phone card through regular mail? How soon will I receive a card?
No, we do not send orders through regular mail. As soon as your online transaction is approved, you will receive an email with the Access numbers, PIN and Dialing Instructions.
